Licensing unclear

We should probably add a license. I didn't really look into it, but it seemed as if goreleaser (auto build for all platforms) requires a license.

@fabian.krampe @stefan.bente What do you think about MIT/Apache? The other projects often don't have a license. ARS doesn't have one either.
